Refund & Cancellation Policy

At jerseyedits.com, we take pride in the quality of our digital jersey designs. Because our products are digital files delivered via instant download, they are subject to a strict refund policy.
1. No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital goods (Adobe Illustrator files, vector patterns, and mockups), all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
Why? Digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as a physical jersey. Once you have the file, you retain access to it permanently.
2. Exceptions for Technical Issues
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will issue a refund or a replacement file only if:

The digital file is corrupt or cannot be opened with the appropriate software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator).

The file is incorrect (e.g., you received a different design than the one you purchased).

There is a major technical defect in the pattern that prevents it from being used for printing.
In these cases, you must notify us at [Your Email Address] within 7 days of purchase.
3. How to Request Assistance
If you encounter a technical problem, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us with your Order Number and a description of the issue.

Proof of Issue: Attach a screenshot or a video showing the error or the corrupted file.

Resolution: Our team will first attempt to fix the file and send you a working version. If we cannot fix the issue within 48 hours, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
4. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or because you realized you do not have the software (Adobe Illustrator) required to edit the files. Please read the product descriptions and technical requirements carefully before purchasing.
5. Cancellation of Orders
For digital products, once the payment is confirmed, the order is fulfilled automatically. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been generated.
